The Assistant to the Bishop for Administration, Mr. Ken F. Aicher, administers the synodical disaster plan in cooperation with Lutheran Disaster Response (LDR). Each Conference Dean is a primary contact person in time of disaster, relaying updated information to Ken Aicher, who coordinates the synodical response utilizing the churchwide resources of LDR and the statewide resources of Lutheran Services Florida.

In the event of disaster, the Conference Dean is to be notified and the synodical telephone number to call is 813.494.3324. This will facilitate coordination of a faithful and effective Lutheran Disaster Response.
